This 480 volt single phase 10kva transformer powering the small electrical panel for a business shopping center monument sign stopped working. The electrical transformer failed and required replacement.
The electrical controls for this monument sign are located inside a nearby business so we added an electrical safety disconnect for the main power source to the electrical transformer, installed a new small circuit breaker box with photocell lighting controls and had this business centers monument sign shining bright.
This electrical distribution cabinet required a partial rebuild to accommodate a solar system main breaker being properly installed.
We lowered the surge protector to make space for the new circuit breaker for the solar system at the top of the electrical bus system.
